These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “your,” or “user”) and Fruti Details Investments LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Fruti Details Academy (“Fruti Details Academy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located at 166 Hialeah Dr, Hialeah, FL 33010.

By accessing or using our website, purchasing our products or services, enrolling in our courses, or downloading our educational materials, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

Fruti Details Academy provides educational services and related products, including:

Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM – 7:30 PM

Saturday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Sunday: By appointment only.

Authorized Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written permission.

Share online course access with other individuals.

Upload, record, copy, stream, or redistribute our educational materials.

Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website.

Any unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, text, videos, course materials, downloadable guides, photographs, graphics, designs, educational content, and software, is the exclusive property of Fruti Details Investments LLC and is protected under United States copyright and trademark laws.

No portion of our educational materials may be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, translated, recorded, or distributed without our prior written authorization.

Online Courses

Access to online courses is granted exclusively to the purchaser.

Accounts may not be shared.

Course materials are licensed for personal educational use only.

Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course content may result in immediate termination of access without refund.

In-Person Courses

Students may cancel their registration and request a refund up to seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled class.

Cancellations made less than seventy-two (72) hours before the class, failure to attend, or arriving excessively late are non-refundable.

At our sole discretion, Fruti Details Academy may allow a student to transfer enrollment to another available class.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes because of low enrollment, instructor illness, weather conditions, emergencies, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, students may choose another available class or receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a class without refund for disruptive, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of downloadable guides, templates, PDFs, videos, online courses, and other digital educational materials are final.

Once access has been granted or a digital product has been downloaded, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.

Physical Products

Professional tools, molds, accessories, equipment, and other physical merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery only if they contain a verified manufacturing defect or arrived damaged.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be denied.

Chocolate and Food Products

For health and food safety reasons, chocolate products, edible ingredients, and any consumable items cannot be returned or exchanged once their original packaging has been opened.

If an unopened food product arrives damaged or has a verified manufacturing defect, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery for evaluation.

Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only.

Fruti Details Academy is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs, holidays, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Privacy

We collect personal information only for legitimate business purposes, including order fulfillment, course registration, customer support, marketing communications, and website improvement.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Educational Disclaimer

Our courses are intended for educational purposes only.

Individual business results depend on many factors, including experience, effort, skill level, marketing, pricing, local demand, and market conditions.

Fruti Details Academy does not guarantee any level of income, business success, or financial results.

Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and all products and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fruti Details Investments LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Fruti Details Investments LLC, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, courses, or services.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct where prohibited by law.
